Grits A Fire

4 packages instant grits
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
1 clove garlic
1 egg
1/2 cup sharp cheddar
1 small can chopped green chilis

Heat oven to 350F. Cook grits per instruction on package. Place in a bowl and add all ingredients. Pour into a casserole pan or individual oven proof bowls and heat for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
