Hamburger Casserole
1 pound hamburger
1/4 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups potatoes, chopped
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup canned corn, drained
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
In a skillet, brown the hamburger until done. Drain. In a casserole dish, spread the beef out evenly. Layer the onion, potatoes and carrots. Add the corn and then peas. Pour the cream of mushroom soup on top. Cover and bake at 350F for about 45 minutes. Serves 6.
