4 cups sauerkraut, rinsed, drained
2 cups applesauce
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 tab.espoon butter
Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased 3 1/2 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours. 6 servings.
