Bacon Cheese Dip
6 slices bacon, chopped
8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 to 3 green onions, finely chopped
In a skillet over medium high heat,cook bacon until crisp.Drain on paper towels and crumble. Set aside. You can use turkey bacon for this too. Place everything but the bacon in the crockpot. Sprinkle the bacon on top and cook on high for one hour with no stirring.Reduce the heat to low and serve.
