Poached Salmon

1 1/4 pound salmon fillet
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Lay salmon in crockpot. Sprinkle chives, celery and bay leaf beside salmon. Stir remaining ingredients together in bowl. Pour over salmon. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or on high for 2 hours. Cook until salmon flakes with fork. Discard bay leaf before serving.
