Fresh Vegetable Dippers
8 ounces fresh mushrooms
1 pound fresh broccoli
1 pound fresh cauliflower
3 tablespoons low calorie margarine
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Clean and trim vegetables; cut into bite size pieces. Arrange vegetables on a platter, leaving space in center for sauce. Combine sauce ingredients in a 6 ounce custard cup or dish; place in center of platter. Cover platter with plastic wrap. Microwave 8 to 9 minutes on high until vegetables are tender. Remove plastic wrap. Stir sauce. Dip veggies into sauce. Dieters may have to dip very lightly. Provide napkins for drippings. Serves 8; 1/2 cup vegetables with 1/2 tablespoon sauce.
