Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing
2 tablespoons finely cut fresh onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
few dashes black pepper
1 small can, 5.33 ounces Carnation milk
2 ounces Bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ReaLemon juice
Combine in jar, the onion, garlic salt, pepper and milk. Allow to stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Then add the cheese, oil, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Shake well. Keep refrigerated. If too thick, add fresh milk. Makes 1 1/2 pints.
