1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon crushed dried basil
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Mix well; chill. Makes one cup.
