Honey Mustard Sour Cream Dressing

4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons honey mustard
1 tablespoon olive oil

Combine and shake well until thoroughly mixed. Add salt and cracked pepper to taste. Makes 1 cup.
