Seafarer's Pasta Salad
4 ounces uncooked pasta
1 8 ounce package imitation crab
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl, stir. Mix dressing ingredients together, add to salad and mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made a day ahead. Makes 4 servings.
