Nectarine Salsa
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds
6 ripe nectarines
bunch of fresh coriander
half a red onion
Let the mustard seeds soak in the vinegar of 30 minutes. Coarsely chop up all the other ingredients and mix.
