Buffalo Style Green Beans
4 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice or lemon juice
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 medium tomatoes, plum, diced
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
3/4 pound green snap beans, trimmed and cooked until crisp tender
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
1/8 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
1/8 teaspoon table salt or to taste
Whisk together oil, Worcestershire sauce orange or lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Stir in vegetables, basil, salt and pepper; chill for 1 hour or overnight. Divide into 4 portions and serve.
Serves 4. 1 point per serving.
